Terms of Service

Hi, thanks for being interested in my art ♥With ordering a commission from me you agree to the terms listed below.

I have the right to decline your order

If I feel uncomfortable or not capable of doing your commission for whatever reason, I may decline it with a short reasoning why I won´t be doing it.In case you disrespect my boundaries or break any of the following terms I will cancel the commission and refrain from working for you in the future.

About what I can draw

Feel free to let me know if you have questions about anything listed below, I don´t bite! :3[yes]
• humanoid characters (anime style)
• animals and animal-alike creatures
• original characters of own stories and fandoms
• anything from a little blood to gore and body-horror
• tasteful nudity & nsfw[no]
• anything mecha
• fanart of canon characters in anime,
manga, movies, shows and/or games
• controversial and/or questionable kinks/fetishes
• political imagery of all kind
• anything that is ethically or morally questionable and/or against the laws of any country

Artistic Freedom & my Art Style

I work best when given absolute artistic freedom. You may point out what you wish for your commission, but please be so kind and have trust in me. I will always do my best to let your character(s) shine! <3Furthermore, I will hold onto my art style and won´t change or bend it for a commission. I will not copy or mimic another artist´s style (drawing your Pokésona in the original Pokémon art style)!

Character References

Please provide a clean and clear reference (or more) of the character you want me to draw. Unshaded references work the best, but this is optional as long as you have a unshaded color palette of your character ready for me to pick colors from. <3I do not work off of descriptions unless you order a custom character design from me!

Process and Delivery

Once you´ve given me all necessary information and references of your character I will start sketching. After around 24 hours I will show you the sketch (uncolored). This is your time to point out anything you might want to have changed (pose, expression, general composition). I will not do any more changes through the whole drawing process after you gave me green light.After you agreed on the sketch you will receive an invoice via Paypal. You´ll have 48 hours to pay the full price. Please make sure to have the money at hand as I will not accept payment plans. After 48 hours I´ll send you a reminder to fulfill payment. If this has not happened by the end of the same day I will take back the invoice (I will let you know after how many hours from the moment I sent the reminder), cancel your commission and eventually recycle the sketch for my own purposes.I will keep working on your commission as soon as I received the payment. Again, no more changes in the commission from this point of the process. You will get two Work in Progress screenshots throughough the whole drawing process (Lineart and Flat Colors) to keep you updated and once I have finished the work I´ll send you your finished commission as .png file. <3Finishing a commission takes me anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.
I kindly ask you not rush me and ask about the commission status every second day, I work well in my own pace without being stressed and have put pressure on me and will update you with the above mentioned WIPs. If anything happens that might affect my work flow and/or delay the completion of your commission I will let you know! <3

Payment

Payment has to be made in USD for non-european clients and EUR for european clients. Payment will be handled via Paypal. Clients from Germany that I personally know have the option to pay via bank transfer.I may raise the final price of your commission for the following reasons:
• I need a lot of time to adjust the sketch to your liking due to unclear info from your side (outdated reference, too specific wishes that were not communicated from the beginning)
• you want your character to be drawn in a complicated pose/perspective
• your character has a lot of complex details (design, clothes, weapons, tattoos, anatomy)
• if you wish for a detailed background (simple ones are free of charge)Payment has to me made right after you approved the sketch!!
• Payment will not be refunded
• No payment plans, be ready to pay the full price
• I will only keep working after I have the money on my account
if you fail to pay within 48 hours, commission will be canceled

Art Usage & Credits

• https://www.instagram.com/gold.and.jive/I will most likely upload the commission to my Instagram. I also hold onto the right to use any commissioned art as an example for future commissions. If you don´t want the commission to be shared publicly for any reason, please let me know when ordering!DO NOT, under any circumstances, do any of the following things with my art:
• claim my work as your own
• upload without proper credits
• remove my watermark and signature
• alter it, especially not with AI
• seriously, do not throw my art in any AI program, please
